• General Donations: All donations made to Krishna Bandhu are considered voluntary contributions to support our spiritual mission and community activities.
• Specific Purpose Donations: Donations made for specific purposes such as book distributions, or dhaam yatras.

1.2 Paid Programs:

• Event Registrations: Registration fees for offline weekend meets, dhaam yatras, and special events.
• Digital Content: Payment for exclusive spiritual content, e-books, or premium app features.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Donations:

• Final and Non-Refundable: All donations are considered final and non-refundable, except in cases where a transaction was made in error or was unauthorized, subject to our discretion and applicable law.
• Exception Criteria: Refunds may be considered in cases of:
  • Technical errors resulting in duplicate payments
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Fraudulent activities

2.2 Event Registrations:

• Dhaam Yatras:
  • Full refund (minus processing fees) if cancelled 30 days before departure
  • No refund for cancellations within 30 days of departure

2.3 Premium Services and Digital Content:

• Consent to Immediate Access: By completing a digital purchase, you consent to immediate access to the content and waive your right to a refund as per applicable digital content laws.
• Content Delivery Confirmation: Once digital content is successfully delivered and access is confirmed, no refunds will be processed except under the technical failure provision mentioned above.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Voluntary donations to Krishna Bandhu
• Fees for completed services or consumed digital content
• Travel and accommodation costs for cancelled yatras due to personal reasons
• Third-party charges including but not limited to payment gateway fees
• Services used or partially used before cancellation request

5. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Pandemic-related lockdowns
• Temple closures beyond our control

We will provide:

• Full credit for future services of equal value
• Option to transfer registration to another available date
• Refund consideration on a case-by-case basis
